Cancellation Policy
All cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% service charge (50% of the anticipated cost of your original booking).
All same day cancellations will result in a 75% charge of the anticipated cost.
All no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services as booked.
A client will be considered a no-show if they arrive more than 10 minutes after their scheduled time, and will be charged accordingly.
